The Hyundai Venue lands at the compact end of the Hyundai SUV lineup, offering drivers seating for up to five, a tech-savvy interior, and a single engine option. Drivers can look forward to three trim levels, as well, with the base offering slotting in as the SE. The two trims above the SE are the SEL and Denim.
Performance
No matter what trim you opt for, the Hyundai Venue comes outfitted with a 1.6-liter inline-4 engine that makes 121 horsepower and 113 pound-feet of torque. Working with the base engine is a continuously variable transmission and front-wheel drive.
Hyundai SE Overview
The base Venue SE includes a thoughtful mix of 8-inch touchscreen infotainment display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity, and a basic audio system. Interior features also include cloth-trimmed seats, a deceptively spacious rear cargo storage area, and a suite of driver assistance features. Driver assistance features come in the form of SmartSense safety suite.
Hyundai SEL Trim Overview
The SEL trim takes things a little further in the interior and exterior, adding automatic climate control, a power sunroof, drive mode select, and a four-wheel disc brakes. The SEL trim also includes blind-spot monitoring. The SEL also adds a 6-speaker audio system, voice control, and a driver auto-up window.
Hyundai Venue Denim Overview
The Denim features a unique exterior design along with a host of nifty interior ones. The Denim lives up to its name by providing drivers with a white roof and body trim along with a denim exterior color, combing to create: Demin. The Hyundai Venue Denim also includes cloth/leatherette-trimmed seats.
